I want to personally thank you for your interest in my services. I hope to provide you with an unbelievable and unforgettable experience!
There is $25 processing fee to process your booking request. Payment can be done through Venmo or Cash App. If you do not have one of these set up please do not fill out request.
This fee will be put toward your appointment if/when accepted and your appointment is confirmed. If appointment is not made or I can not verify your information, it will be non-refundable.
Please take a moment to read over the next couple of paragraphs before filling out and sending your booking form so you understand my procedures.

Upon filling out this booking request I require that the FULL amount be paid at the time of confirmation on a date and time through Venmo or Cash App.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If for some reason I have to cancel, you will be refunded 100% of your payment within 3-5 business days. If you cancel for any reason no refund will be given.
Please know that I am a complete professional and your privacy and discretion are extremely important to me, as is my safety, so please provide all true and accurate information to make this a smooth and easy process. Thank you!
Screening is MANDATORY AND 24-hour advance notice required to provide a mutually safe and comfortable experience. I reserve the right to request picture ID or proof of employment if necessary.
Due to my busy schedule, verification for new clients may take up to several hours to complete, so please be patient and allow me enough time to verify and get back with you. I will confirm with you by email after everything is verified to proceed with the booking.
I reserve the right to decline any appointment request.
